GORILLAZ ANUNCIA ÁLBUM ‘SONG MACHINE’ CON COLABORACIÓN DE VARIOS ARTISTAS,PRESENTA TEMA ‘STRANGE TIMEZ’ CON ROBERT SMITH

Gorillaz ha compartido la lista de canciones repleta de estrellas para su próximo álbum “Song Machine”, que incluirá colaboraciones con Elton John, St. Vincent, Beck y más.
El grupo de dibujos animados comenzó el proyecto episódico en enero para conmemorar su vigésimo aniversario, y desde entonces ha compartido colaboraciones con personas como Slaves, Slowthai, Peter Hook, Georgia y más.
Se ha confirmado que una colección de 11 pistas, “Song Machine: Season One – Strange Timez”, llegará en varios formatos el 23 de octubre.
La noticia llega cuando Gorillaz ofrece su última canción, asistida por Robert Smith, “Strange Timez”.
“Hicimos esta melodía con Robert completamente por correo electrónico”, explicó Damon Albarn en BBC Radio 6 Music hoy. Smith agregó: “¡Me encantó! Yo pense que era excelente. Sentí ondas en la fuerza y pensé: ‘Será mejor que haga esto’ “.
Además de las pistas lanzadas anteriormente, el álbum “Song Machine” incluirá a St. Vincent, también conocida como Annie Clark, en una canción llamada “Chalk Tablet Towers”, mientras que Elton John aparecerá junto a 6LACK en “The Pink Phantom”. Beck, mientras tanto, ha contribuido a un montaje titulado “The Valley of The Pagans”.
